    Retirement plan

    Our 401(k) plan offers a broad range of investment options for employees at all stages of their careers. We also have a generous matching program.

    Profit sharing

    Each year, Milliman makes discretionary profit-sharing contributions to employees’ retirement accounts. Historically, these contributions have amounted to 10% of base salary.

    Paid time off

    Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for paid time off (PTO). PTO starts accruing on the first day of work and takes the place of traditional vacation and sick day plans. Hours in the PTO bank can be used for any reason.

    Health, dental, and vision

    Milliman offers a number of medical care options for employees and their families, including eligible domestic partners. We also offer dental and vision coverage.

    VOLUNTARY BENEFITS

    Employees may also enroll themselves and their dependents in additional life or accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

    FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

    Our flexible spending accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for essential services such as dependent care, transportation, and medical procedures not covered by insurance.
