A case study: Developing a capitation arrangement within a regional NHS system

This paper presents a case study to discuss the process and considerations for developing an Accountable Care System (ACS) in a regional National Health Service system. Milliman contributed to the ACS design by providing a number of services, including a system-level actuarial analysis and a capitation arrangement development.
