Jennifer Bolton
Jennifer Bolton is a senior communication consultant for Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration Practice. Using her writing skills and benefit knowledge, she consults with clients on creative, results-driven strategies to communicate benefits and human resources initiatives to employees.
Experience
Jennifer’s experience includes 25 years of communication consulting to a broad range of client companies. She has developed award-winning communication campaigns and strategies for retirement programs, health and welfare plans, investment education, wellness programs, branding, compensation, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Prior to joining Milliman in 2017, Jennifer was a senior communication consultant at a national employee communication agency. She has also written for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Jennifer has received numerous communication awards, including the American Advertising Association’s Addy Award, the International Association of Business Communicators Gold Quill award, and the Business Insurance Employee Benefits Communication Award.
