Lincoln Bressor

Lincoln works on corporate, public, and multiemployer OPEB plans, including health assumptions, valuations, and experience studies. He also works on a variety of other assignments, including: Health and Welfare Nondiscrimination testing, Medicare Retiree Drug Subsidy attestations, and Medicare Part D creditable coverage testing. Lincoln has written legislative updates for the Employers' Health Coalition of Idaho.
