Prior to joining Milliman, Cherie was a Provider Quality Consultant with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi for over nine years. In that role, she provided clinical, analytical, operational, and strategic support to the company to implement prospective bundled payment and a comprehensive quality model for acute care hospitals. She was also the lead for Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association programs including Blue Distinction and High Performing Network.
