Jay Fiverson

Jay’s responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact throughout the DC conversion process, coordinating among all parties, and seeing through a detailed project plan.
Prior to joining Milliman, Jay was a project manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In his role, he was responsible for onboarding new DC plans. He managed multiple complex conversions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Jay also served as vice president for Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a vendor governance manager, providing risk and compliance oversight to a network of third-party DC administrators.
Jay has extensive experience in managing large and complex plan conversions with a focus on multiple types of plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 457(f), and DC plans.
