Nichole F. Hinkley

Nichole’s areas of expertise are pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and employer benefits. She has been supporting clients since 2011.

Nichole’s work in pharmacy benefits has focused on assisting clients in evaluating and negotiating pharmacy benefit contracts during procurement and auditing PBM performance.

Prior to joining Milliman, Nichole worked as an analyst and senior associate for an independent consulting firm where she supported a wide range of clients with all of their pharmacy benefit needs, including union funds, coalitions, self-insured employers, large national plan sponsors, and health system clients. Nichole's experience also includes account management at a national PBM.
