Janet Jennings
Janet Jennings is a consulting actuary with the Boise office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2006. Janet manages the actuarial analysts in the Boise office and has over 25 years of actuarial experience.
Experience
Janet works with corporate, public, and multiemployer clients on conducting Other Post Employment Benefit (OPEB) experience studies, valuations, and GASB 74/75 disclosures. Her other consulting assignments include plan and assumption studies, RFP analysis, and estimations of liabilities and reserves utilizing IBNR. Janet works on Medicare Part D attestations and Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) administration.
Janet also has experience with project management, Six Sigma process management, and software development.
Janet has spoken before consultants and professional associations on postretirement benefit valuations, project management, and the RDS process. Janet has provided legislative updates to the Employers’ Health Coalition of Idaho.
