Rachel Kullman’s primary focus is on government-sponsored programs. She currently works on capitation rate development and other financial and policy support for State Medicaid Agencies and budget projections for the Veterans Health Administration. Recent projects include:
- Medicaid rate setting for managed care programs covering medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, long-term services and supports benefits for low-income family, blind and disabled, ACA adult expansion, foster care, and CHIP populations
