Keith Lockwood
Keith is a technology consultant with Milliman’s Financial Risk Management practice in Chicago. In 2011, he owned many DSM technical issues, including data model development, client integration, ETL functionality, reporting, and workflow. Keith is now managing the development of light-weight integration tools for FSI clients, owns invoicing and accounting for the team’s cloud-based grid computing platform, and leads platform development for both ECSightTM and MG-Hedge®.
Experience
Keith began his 13-year career in information technology as a consultant with Keane, Inc. In June 1999, he became a systems analyst for Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. (then New Energy Ventures). During his tenure he was responsible for the successful implementation of risk and portfolio management systems, company-wide business intelligence, infrastructure, and production support within Constellation’s IT department.
In 2001, Keith briefly left the energy industry to help form Innomatics, Inc., a software consulting firm focusing primarily on online educational software for the K-12 and college markets. He rejoined Constellation New Energy in late 2002 and was appointed director of information systems in 2006.
Prior to joining Milliman, Keith held the position of COO/CIO at Glacial Energy. He successfully rebuilt Glacial’s entire back office in the U.S. Virgin Islands, inclusive of contract administration, data services (EDI), billing, pricing, information technology, supply, and customer care. By re-staffing with local labor and overhauling in-house software systems, Keith turned Glacial into an efficient and scalable operation supporting more than $500 million in annual revenue.
