Andrew is a principal in the Indianapolis office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2000.
Experience
Andrew specializes in helping insurers, self- funded employers, provider organizations, and other risk bearing entities with strategic planning and execution in healthcare financing and operations.
During his 25-year career in the health insurance industry, Andrew has consulted with clients on a broad range of topics including:
- Strategic and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Design, evaluation, and improvement of administrative operations
- Federal and State public program strategies and innovation
- Vendor identification and selection, including contracting and performance evaluation
- Implementation management
- Administrative expense allocation and benchmarking
- Writing proposals, articles, speeches, prepared testimony, and marketing copy
He also has considerable experience with public-sector programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and the VA. He has assisted clients in development of winning proposals for state and federal contracts.
