Lynda Schoonmaker is a senior TPA consultant and the team leader of the TPA group with Milliman’s Employee Benefit Administration and Consulting Practice. She has been with the Albany, New York, office since 1996, when she also joined the industry.
Experience
Lynda has numerous years of experience with both qualified and non-qualified defined contribution retirement plans, including profit sharing, 401(k), 403(b), 457, and ESOP plans. Her experience includes recordkeeping, compliance, and consulting. She is the team leader of the TPA group, which specializes in full administrative work, TPA “wrap around” services, and special projects for their clients.
