Poojan is a consulting actuary with Milliman’s Financial Risk Management Practice in Chicago. He joined the firm in 2014.
Experience
Since joining Milliman, Poojan has played a significant role in developing and managing hedging and risk management programs for variable annuity clients.
Poojan has also been extensively involved with variable annuity GAAP and statutory financial reporting. He has helped clients analyze the impacts of new developments in the VA regulatory environment.
Prior to joining Milliman, Poojan spent five years with Allstate, where he gained experience in the valuation and modeling of various life insurance and annuity products, and economic capital modeling of Allstate’s Life and P&C businesses.
