Alison Walsh

Alison’s experience is primarily in the life, health, and non-life assurance fields in both the domestic and cross-border (re)insurance markets.

Her expertise includes valuation and financial reporting; developing, maintaining, and validating actuarial modelling systems; risk management; PRIIPs; and other consulting work.

She has worked on a variety of portfolios of business, including guaranteed annuities, non-linked business, group business, and unit-linked business.

Alison has in-depth Solvency II knowledge and experience and has supported clients in meeting Solvency II requirements across the three pillars.

Alison has extensive actuarial modelling experience. She has been involved in the development, ongoing maintenance, and validation of actuarial models in MS Excel and MG-ALFA.

She is also keeping up to date on developments in the areas of actuarial modelling and Solvency II. Alison is currently sitting for her professional exams.
