Jim Zoephel

Jim has worked in the defined benefits field since 1997, with a background in administration, implementation and management. He has experience managing both implementation and client services teams, as well as managing various derisking projects like plan terminations and lump sum windows. Jim works with both the client and the implementation team to ensure that requirements are defined appropriately for both calculation and process level specifications. He ensures that configuration results fulfill details defined in requirements, follow Milliman’s standard practices, and that deliverables are provided within the defined timeline and meet client expectations. He also works alongside the Milliman client service team throughout the implementation period to ensure that the transition to the ongoing administration environment is a seamless occurrence from the client's perspective. He works extensively to ensure that communication between all parties involved remains free flowing through the entire implementation process. Prior to joining Milliman, Jim worked for Hewitt (Alight), Towers Perrin, Mercer, and Morneau Shepell in various roles.
