Sam Bertoch

Sam’s areas of expertise include commercial health insurance, self-funded employer plans and trusts, and financial forecasting. His clients include large employers, insurance organizations, and brokers.

At Milliman, Sam has worked with multiple self-insured large employers to help them forecast their healthcare budgets, as well as make decisions on employee benefit contributions and plan designs. Additionally, he assists in estimating actuarial assets and liabilities by conducting commercial pricing and analyzing benefit plan designs and historical experience for insurance organizations.
