Jordan’s areas of expertise are Medicare Prescription Drug (PDP), Medicare Advantage, and pharmacy.

In the Medicare market, Jordan has assisted Medicare Part D plans and Medicare Advantage plans with bid preparation and strategic analysis. He has helped Medicare carriers understand the impacts to regulatory changes, including Medicare Part D provisions under the IRA. Additionally, he conducts marketwide competitive research and is a leader in the development of the Milliman MACVAT tool suite.

In the pharmacy space, Jordan has worked with various entities across the supply chain, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, plan sponsors, and pharmacy benefit managers. He has assisted these organizations with strategic questions, regulatory changes, and in understanding the Medicare Part D competitive landscape.
