Tim Connor
Tim Connor is a principal and consulting actuary in the Little Falls, New Jersey office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2002. Tim frequently presents on pension risk-related topics. He serves both corporate and multiemployer clients.
Experience
Tim has approximately 25 years of pension and employee benefits experience. Prior to joining Milliman, he worked for the New York office of USI Consulting Group.
Tim’s area of expertise is in defined benefit plan design, including variable benefit plans, funding and administration issues, multiemployer rules and regulations, withdrawal liability, pension accounting requirements, and plan compliance. He also consults with plan sponsors with respect to pension de-risking, mergers/spin-offs, and asset and liability projection modeling. Tim’s clients include corporations, not-for-profits, and multiemployer plans (i.e., Taft-Hartley funds) in various industries.
Tim is currently a member of the Milliman Multiemployer Strategic Planning Group. He previously served on the Milliman Corporate SPG and formerly chaired Milliman’s Pension Risk Task Force for corporate defined benefit plans.
