Mike’s area of expertise is in the design and funding of corporate qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. His defined benefit plan experience includes assisting clients with actuarial valuations, plan design, and nondiscrimination testing. He produces actuarial calculations for valuations, cost studies, and liability projections. He also has experience with compliance testing of cash balance plans and new comparability profit sharing plans.
