He has overseen the administration of health and welfare plans for diverse client groups, with a focus on ensuring accurate execution of processes, maintaining data integrity, and delivering high-quality participant experiences. Aaron’s expertise includes building strong client partnerships, troubleshooting administrative issues, and implementing technical solutions to streamline plan operations.

In addition to his health and welfare background, Aaron has significant leadership experience in defined benefit and defined contribution plan administration, guiding teams through complex implementations and ongoing operations. Before joining Milliman, he served as an associate director and process governance leader at Willis Towers Watson, where he managed large-scale implementations, maintained key client relationships, and contributed to process improvements at a national level. Previously, as a health and welfare performance team leader at Alight, Aaron set operational strategy, led administration teams, and optimized system implementations across multiple benefits platforms.
