Lynn Yu is an actuary in the New York office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2008.
Experience
Lynn has more than 20 years of pension and employee benefits experience. Prior to joining Milliman, she worked for USI Consulting Group and Deloitte Consulting LLP. Lynn has experience in all aspects of defined benefit plans. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to ERISA funding valuations, U.S. GAAP financial accounting valuations (FASB ASC Subtopics 715-20, 715-30, and 715-60), and other retirement related consulting.
Lynn has worked with clients on benefit improvements, plan redesign, plan de-risking, funding and accounting projections, and nondiscrimination tests. Her clients have included corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
