Measuring employer cost savings from network changes: Implementation results

A common healthcare initiative undertaken by large employers seeking savings for their health benefit offerings is the use of customized network options. This paper focuses on the use of risk adjustment as a key component in measuring the costs or savings associated with the implementation of three narrow network options.
