Jeff Jones
Jeff Jones initially joined the military to help pay for college, but during his ten years of service, he discovered it offered him so much more. His experience as an Avionics Technician set the stage for him to pursue an engineering degree and eventually join Milliman.
Jeff knows the value of leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail, thanks to his military background. At Milliman, he focuses on a service-oriented approach and motivates his team to communicate clearly and effectively.

Richard Powell
Coming from a family with deep military roots, Richard Powell served in the British Army and even completed the challenging All-Arms Parachute Course. Now, he's using the valuable skills he gained during his service at Milliman.
Richard's background taught him the significance of resilience and self-improvement, qualities he's brought into his civilian career. His unique perspective on teamwork and collaboration is an example of the military qualities that are vital in diverse workforces.

Nicole Gaspar
Nicole Gaspar is a former Air Force member who has been with Milliman for 17 years. She spent her service working on electrical environmental systems for C130s and MH53 helicopters. That experience taught her to be resourceful and learn by doing.
Nicole's military background built strong attention to detail, a trait she now applies to her work at Milliman. Her high standards have helped her excel in her actuarial career.
One of Nicole's proudest accomplishments at Milliman is her involvement in the GUTSI Initiative, which focuses on addressing the long-term care crisis in the US. She believes that people with a military background can make a difference at Milliman, tackling big problems and creating innovative solutions.
